Campers have
hands-on video learning with the latest equipment at Long Lake. Campers can star in, write,
produce and edit their
own video films which premier every Friday Night on our huge Video Projector
in our Performing Arts Center Auditorium. Our technical equipment for video includes a
multi-camera studio, Casablanca Digital Editor, and non -Linear Editors.
We use Premiere on our custom built windows editor. We recently purchased
two top of the line Sony Digital video cameras, the Sony DCR-VX2000 and the Sony
DCR-TRV950, both have 3 CCD imaging sensor that produce truly professional
results. These cameras are in addition to the other 10 cameras available
to you in are Film Making Studio. To show your films in full
cinematic splendor we have a huge 12 foot screen! Special effects generation,
advanced animation and a complete sound stage make video/filmmaking at
Long Lake a fun & rewarding experience. Most important, our staff of video experts
come to Long Lake to share their extensive knowledge and passion for the
art of film making- so for campers who want to create on tape- Long Lake
is the place to be! Coming soon we shall have video galleries
of our campers work.
